A product or a component is missing

If you miss the product, please contact the CS center and leave a 1:1 inquiry, and we will help you after checking the contents.


If you send the product first, it may not be possible to process it, so please contact the CS center first.


However, you must apply through the Utopia or Shop CS Center and 1:1 inquiry board within 7 days of receiving the package. (Based on the delivery completion date checked when checking the waybill number)




If you send your order to admin@utopiana.co.kr with your name, order number, or missing product photo or opening video, we will check and resend it.
