How are exchange/returns for defect items processed?

For exchanges and returns, please contact the CS center and leave 1:1 inquiries, and we will help you after checking the contents.


If you send the product first, it may not be possible to process it, so please contact the CS center first.


However, you must apply through the Utopia or Shop CS Center and 1:1 inquiry board within 7 days of receiving the package. (Based on the delivery completion date checked when checking the waybill number)




If it's defective, please send it with a photo or opening video of the product, and we'll help you with the exchange and return it after checking.




Applications for exchange/return will be restricted if the following reasons apply.


The value of the goods has been significantly reduced by consumer use or some consumption

Where the value of the product is reduced due to damage to the complete packaging and the unique packaging (excluding cases of defect)

Where the value of the product is significantly reduced to the extent that it is difficult to resell due to the exceeded return deadline

In the case of reserved products, exchange/return may be difficult inevitably, and please check the precautions to be notified in advance.

Small stains, fine scratches, or dents on packages that are intended to protect the product can be difficult to replace.

When the package of the reproducible product is opened (CD, DVD, photo book, etc.)
